Asparagus With Feta Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp feta cheese

Directions:

  1. Snap off asparagus ends.
  2. Boil asparagus until tender, drain, and set aside.
  3. Add olive oil and garlic to saute pan.
  4. Saute for 1 minute until garlic is fragrant.
  5. Add aspargus back to pan, saute for 3 minutes.
  6. Add pepper to taste.
  7. Remove fron pan and sprinkle with feta cheese.
