Zucchini With Walnuts

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of sliced zucchini
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 3 tablesppons of dry sherry
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 6 to 8 fresh basil leaves , torn in small pieces
  • 3 swipes on the rasp of fresh nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Combine zucchini, onions and butter.
  2. Cook in skillet uncovered over low heat, five minutes.
  3. Add sherry, salt, basil and nutmeg.
  4. Cover and cook over low heat another three to five minutes.
  5. Stir in walnuts.
  6. Serve immediately.
