Ingredients:

  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp basil
  • 3 large tomatoes

Directions:

  1. Slice everything
  2. Soften onions in butter
  3. Add garlic
  4. Add tomatos
  5. Add zucchini
  6. Cook until zucchini is soft
  7. Add basil & cheese
  8. Good over brown rice
