Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash the zucchini and cut off ends. Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
  2. Heat oil in skillet and saute zucchini and green onions for 5 min., stirring frequently.
  3. Pour in wine, lemon juice and water.
  4. Simmer for 5 min. longer.
  5. Gently but thoroughly stir in walnuts.
  6. Transfer to serving dish and serve hot.
