Ingredients:

  • 211 g leek
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 180 g courgette
  • 170 g aubergine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch pepper

Directions:

  1. Prepare all vegs and chicken by chopping into small pieces
  2. Cook the leeks and mushrooms with the olive oil for a few minutes
  3. Add aubergine & courgette and cook until starts to be soft
  4. Add the pre cooked and boneless chicken
