Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dice all the vegetables and paneer to cubes.
  2. Marinate in the paste for about 2 hours.
  3. Take 4-5 skewers and put all the cubes one by one in an order.
  4. Apply oil all over and bake at 400 deg in the topmost rack for 15-20 minutes(it can also be grilled).
  5. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
