Veg Platter White Bean Chipotle Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 can bush's northern beans
  • 1 clove garlic
  • any vegies you wish
  • raw or lightly steamed

Directions:

  1. Open the can of white beans and drain off the liquid.
  2. Place the maple chipotle sauce, garlic and the beans in a blender. Run covered blender at high speed until creamy.
  3. If too thick, add a small amount of water to blender.
  4. Enjoy with cut up vegetables or as a topping for baked potatoes.
