Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice filet into two thin pieces
  2. Heat sesame in skillet on med high
  3. Toast the bread
  4. Combine wasabi and mayo See Photo
  5. Slice, then chop the nori into bite sized bits
  6. Cook filets for two to three minutes on one side, sprinkling salt and pepper, and then coating with balsamic before turning See Photo
  7. Turn filet and once again add salt and pepper and balsamic See Photo. THis does not need much salt, as the wasabi mayo will definitely be the star of this sandwich
  8. Layer the sandwich by coating the bottom slice of bread with some wasabi mayo, nori, then the first piece of tune. See Photo
  9. Add more nori, the second piece of tuna, the ginger and then the rest of the nori.
  10. Make sure the nori does not overlap, as it can become chewy
  11. Generously coat the top slice of bread with the rest of the mayo
  12. This was something I threw together at lunch...many add-ons could be used, but either i didn't have the ingredients, or not enough time!
  13. Enjoy!
