Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute carrots, garlic and ginger in sesame oil, over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add sesame seeds.
  3. Cover and saute for another 3 minutes or until carrots are heated but still crisp.
  4. Serve.
