Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2. Chop artichoke hearts.
  3. 3. Slice heart of palm into rounds. If really large, split down the middle.
  4. 4, Add all artichoke hearts, Hearts of palm, chopped onion and sundried tomatoes to a bowl. Mix well.
  5. 5. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well again.
  6. 6. Fold into pan. You can use a small or large pan, it depends on how thick you want your dip to be. I like a larger pan because it makes more servings.
  7. 7. Bake at 350 degrees until and bubbly, and brown on top. About 25 minutes.
