Teriyaki Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken , steak or 2 lbs pork
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tsp minced garlic , cloves
  • garlic , can be adjusted to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl.
  2. Place meat into a gallon plastic bag.
  3. Pour marinade over meat and seal bag.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight depending on thickness of meat.
