Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/3 cup cashew nuts

Directions:

  1. Mix the Teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, and ginger in small skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add cubed chicken breast and cook until lightly browned.
  3. Add cashew nuts and let them heat through.
  4. Serve over rice.
