Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix mashed sweet potatoes, 1/2 cup butter or margarine, 3/4 cup sugar, apple pie spice, eggs, lemon juice, and canned milk and pour into a 9 X 13 glass casserole baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
  2. While casserole is baking, mix remaining ingredients for topping. After removing from oven, sprinkle topping over the top and return to the oven for approximately 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
