Super Easy Potato Drop Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups biscuit mix
  • 2/3 cup skim milk

Directions:

  1. Combine biscuit mix and potato flakes. In another bowl, whisk the milk and sour cream. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Drop by heaping tbsp onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until top begin to brown.
