Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Brown ground beef in frying pan over medium heat and drain.
  3. Add taco seasoning mix and water according to package directions and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Place meat into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs and milk.
  6. Add biscuit mix, salt and pepper and mix until well combined.
  7. Pour over ground beef.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool for about 15 minutes.
  10. Spread top with sour cream and sprinkle with lettuce, tomato, onions and cheese.
  11. Drizzle with taco sauce and serve immediately.
