Spinach Shrimp Salad with Hot Bacon Dressing

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon in 10 skillet over med-high heat until crisp.
  2. Stir in vinegar, sugar and mustard; continue stirring til sugar is dissolved.
  3. Toss spinach, mushrooms, cheese and shrimp in large bowl.
  4. Drizzle hot bacon dressing over spinach mixture.
  5. Toss to coat.
  6. Serve immediately.
