Wilted Spinach Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combine spinach,'shroons and green onions.
  2. If desired, sprinkle with black pepper and set aside.
  3. Dressing: In a 12 skillet cook bacon until crisp.
  4. Remove from skillet and reserve 2T.
  5. Bacon drippings in pan.
  6. Crumble bacon and set aside.
  7. Stir vinegar, sugar and dry mustard into bacon drippings in the skillet; bring to a boil.
  8. Remove from heat and add the spinach mixture.
  9. Toss spinach in skillet for 30-60 seconds or so, just until spinach wilts.
  10. Transfer to serving dish; add strawberries and mix well.
  11. Top with bacon and chopped egg; serve immediately.
