Spinach Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 10 oz bag of uncooked spinach
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 tbsp of cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp of sugar
  • 1.2 tsp of mustard

Directions:

  1. Wash spinach well andd cut off any tough stems
  2. Tear spinach to bite-sized pieces in a bowl
  3. Cook with a teaspoon of vegetable oil bacon on high for 5 minutes
  4. With spatula remove bacon; crumble; set aside
  5. To bacon dripping, add vinegar, sugar, and mustard
  6. Mix well,; cook for about 3 minutes
  7. To spinach add onion, dressing, and onion
  8. Cook on High, for 2 minutes, or until spinach wilts
  9. Enjoy!
