Hot Bacon Dressing (For Spinach Salad)

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard

Directions:

  1. In skillet fry bacon until crisp then remove bacon and reserve bacon grease.
  2. Crumble bacon over fresh spinach.
  3. Add minced onion to bacon grease and saute over medium heat about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and saute for about 1 minute.
  5. Pour hot dressing over spinach and toss, mixing well.
  6. Serve immediately.
