Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 dash allspice
  • 1 dash salt

Directions:

  1. Boil sugar, water, butter, and spices in a large pan until it forms a soft ball. **About 2 - 3 minutes**
  2. Remove from heat and gradually add the pecans. Stir gently until it turns sugary.
  3. Put it all onto a waxed paper cookie sheet.
  4. Next, butter up your hands and pull apart the pecans into tiny clusters.
