Cinnamon-Coffee Pecans

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 dash salt

Directions:

  1. Spread pecans in an ungreased roasting pan or 15x10-inch jelly roll pan.
  2. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes.
  3. Combine sugar and remaining 4 ingredients in a saucepan.
  4. Cook over medium-low heat until sugar and coffee dissolve, stirring often.
  5. Add pecans, and cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Spread pecans in ungreased pan.
  8. Bake at 300 for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  9. Cool completely; store in an airtight container.
