Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 cups pecans
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Beat the egg white with water.
  2. Stir in the pecans until wet.
  3. In separate bowl, mix the sugar, salt and spices.
  4. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the nuts and mix thoroughly.
  5. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 300°F 30 minutes.
