Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 cups whole pecans
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp clove
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Mix water and egg white and stir in pecans.
  2. Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon and cloves; sprinkle over nuts, stirring until well coated.
  3. Spread in buttered cookie sheet.
  4. Bake 30 minutes at 300°, stirring 2 or 3 times.
  5. You may use other kinds of nuts to suit your taste.
