Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp egg white
  • 2 cups pecans or 2 cups walnuts
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 300F degrees.
  2. Mix egg white and pecans until nuts are coated& sticky.
  3. Mix together sugar& cinnamon; sprinkle over pecans, stirring until sugar mixture completely coats the nuts.
  4. Spread on ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 20 minutes.
  6. Cool completely.
