Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. pecan halves
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, cinnamon, & salt together in bowl.
  2. Beat egg white with 1 tsp. water until just frothy.
  3. Fold pecan halves into egg white until coated.
  4. Sprinkle sugar mixture over pecans and continue folding until coated.
  5. Spread pecans out on cookie sheet (with sides.)
  6. Bake in 300 F oven 40 minutes, stirring pecans every 10 minutees.
  7. Cool completely before eating. Store in airtight container.
