Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Turn the stove on high and heat a teaspoon of sesame oil in a wok or frying pan. Alternatively, if you are watching your fat intake, you could lightly spray the pan with cooking oil.
  2. Fry the onion and tofu for a couple of minutes before adding the mushrooms and mixing in the soy sauce. Allow to cook for 3minutes, stirring often.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and pour in the vegetable stock. Stir well and cover. Reduce to medium heat and leave it to cook for a couple of minutes or until the stock has mostly evaporated.
  4. Remove the lid, mix in the ginger and continue to cook for 30seconds. Turn off the stove and season to taste.
  5. Sprinkle over some sesame seeds and serve immediately.
