Smoked Cheddar Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Blanch potato slices in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
  4. Spread half of the potatoes along the bottom.
  5. Top with cheese,onion,and flour
  6. Top with remaining potatoes. Season.
  7. Heat milk slightly and pour over all.
  8. Cover and bake 50 minutes.
  9. Uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Sprinkle additional grated cheese over the top if desired.
  10. Let potatoes set for 10 minutes then serve.
