Ingredients:

  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Brown chopped onions in butter. Add sliced mushrooms.
  2. Cook until tender.
  3. Blend in flour, then gradually add chicken stock and milk. Heat to boiling until mixture thickens.
  4. All salt, pepper and lemon juice. Simmer 10 minutes.
