Sauteed Spinach And Sweet Bell Peppers

Directions:

  1. Heat bacon drippings in large skillet.
  2. Julienne cut the onion, red and yellow peppers. Slice the mushrooms. Saute the vegetables for about 10 minutes or until softened.
  3. Reduce heat a notch. Roughly chop the spinach and add to the saute pan with the chicken broth tossing loosely. When the spinach leaves are completely wilted you are done. Takes just a moment.
  4. Serve immediately.
