Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop veggies into bite sized pieces.
  2. Melt butter in large skillet.
  3. Saute onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Add vegetables and mushrooms and toss to coat.
  5. Stir in chicken broth.
  6. Cover and simmer until veggies are done (20 min.).
  7. Turn into a serving dish and sprinkle with paprika.
