Down East Corn Chowder (Crock Pot)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine corn, potatoes, onion, seasoned salt, pepper and broth in crock pot.
  2. Cover and cook low 7-9 hours.
  3. Pour into blender or food processor and puree til almost smooth.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight or return to cooker.
  5. Stir in milk and margarine (or butter).
  6. Cover.
  7. Cook on HIGH one hour.
  8. Pour hot chowder into bowls.
  9. Sprinkle with mace.
