Sausage Olive And Cherry Empanadas

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a skillet add sausage, onions and cherries and cook and stir over medium heat till mereat is no longer pink,
  2. Stir in remaining ingredeints cook 2 minutes and season to taste
  3. Cool
  4. On a lightly floured surface cut each biscuit into quarters
  5. Use your hand to roll each quarter into a ball.
  6. Roll out with a rolling pin to a 3 inch circle
  7. Put one tsp of mixture in center.
  8. Brush edges of dough with water
  9. Fold over in half to seal
  10. Press ededes with tines of fork
  11. Brush with beaten egg
  12. Place on cooking sprayed baking sheets
  13. Bake in a 375 oven until golfden about 12 to 15 minutes.
  14. Serve hot
