Roasted Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 11 potatoes (3-3 1/2 lbs)
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper , to taste

Directions:

  1. Peel and thinly slice potatoes; attractively arrange in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour broth over potatoes. Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minute Uncover and bake 15 more minutes or until potatoes are tender. Season to taste.
