Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grind coconut, tomatoes, cumin seeds,chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala n salt together n keep it aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Add mustard seeds, let it pop
  4. Add green chilly paste, onion puree n ginger garlic paste n stir fry
  5. Now add the ground items
  6. Stir for 2 mts
  7. Add eggs n potatoes
  8. Add extra salt if required. Cook covered for 10 mts
