  1. Pour in 1 cup of milk.
  2. Add Half of the banana.
  3. Blend.
  4. While still blending take out the center piece of the blender and add the other half of the banana.
  5. Take off the lid of the blender and add the yogurt
  6. Mix for 30 seconds.
