Ingredients:

  • 1/2 small ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup strawberry
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 tsp honey

Directions:

  1. In a blender, process until smooth ripe banana, strawberries, fat-free milk, low-fat plain yogurt, honey, and 1 or 2 ice cubes.
  2. Serve.
