Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken pieces
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Place chicken in baking pan, 9x9x2 inches.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients; pour on chicken.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, turning chicken occasionally.
  4. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  5. Remove chicken; reserve marinade.
  6. Place chicken on rack in foil-lined broiler pan.
  7. Bake 30 minutes, brush with part of reserved marinade.
  8. Turn chicken, bake until tender, about 30 minutes longer, brushing occasionally with remaining marinade.
