Ingredients:

  • 6 sardines (1 can, i usually use holmes)
  • 1/4-1/2 cup green onion, cut in 1 inch pieces
  • 1 inch gingerroot, peeled and minced (1 inch may be too much for some)
  • soy sauce (to taste)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place add all ingredients in small pan.
  2. Heat until done.
  3. Serve over hot rice.
