Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs

Directions:

  1. You need one of those mircowave cupcake cookers. It has 6 cupcake spots.
  2. Use spray oil and spray each cup so the eggs do not stick. I used butter flavored.
  3. Put an egg in each cupcake spot.
  4. Season to taste.
  5. Poke the yolk once to prevent popping and splatters.
  6. Put it into the microwave and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  7. Perfect! We really like these with sausage or bacon.
