Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs mahi mahi fillets
  • 1/3 cup mirin
  • 1/3 cup miso
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix Mirin, Miso and brown sugar together.
  2. Put fish fillets in plastic ziploc.
  3. Pour marinade on fish for about 2 to 3 hours.
  4. Drain Marinade.
  5. Cook fish on George Foreman for about 4 minutes.
