Mild Curry Ground Beef and Cabbage

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in non stick fry pan.
  2. Add onion and cook until soft.
  3. Add beef and brown.
  4. Add curry powder, cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 20-30 minutes on low until cabbage is cooked.
  6. Serve over white rice.
