Mels Broccoli Cheese Rice

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook Minute Rice.
  2. Steam broccoli in a bowl with water in the microwave for about 12 min.
  3. Mix rice, soups, margarine, broccoli and (2 c.)cheese together.
  4. Put into a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle remaining 1 c. cheese on top.
  6. Sprinkle paprika on top.
  7. Bake 350 degrees F for about 45 min. or until hot & bubbly.
  8. Enjoy! :)
