Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix raisins and rum.
  2. Grate the marzipan.
  3. Combine pudding mix and 200 ml of milk.
  4. Boil 500 ml of the milk and the cream and remove from the heat.
  5. Dissolve Marzipan the milk and cream mixture
  6. Stir in pudding powder, stir and simmer for about 1 minute, then cool.
  7. Beat the eggs, 150 ml of milk, oil, quark cheese, sugar and salt.
  8. Combine Flour and baking powder and add to cheese mixture to form a dough
  9. Divide dough in half and roll out on floured surface,each into a rectangle (about 36 X 42 cm).
  10. Combine three quarters of the cooked custard and raisins and spread on each piece of dough
  11. Roll dough up from the short sides and cut each into 8 slices.
  12. Place the coils in a greased baking ( roasting ) pan leaving space between each to rise
  13. Place remainder of pudding between the gaps of the coils
  14. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C.
  15. Bake about 40 minutes. or golden and baked
  16. Then spread rolls with warmed apricot jam and sprinkle with coarse sugar.
  17. Allow to cool to warm and serve
