Ingredients:

  • 8 large eggs
  • 32 oz milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 lb butter

Directions:

  1. Spray pan with cooking spray.
  2. Melt 1/4 lb butter in 12x16 pan.
  3. In large bowl mix with beaters eggs and milk.
  4. Add sugar salt and flour.
  5. Pour mixed batter over melted butter.
  6. Bake in 450 oven for 20 -23 minutes.
  7. Cut recipe in half for 9x13 pan.
  8. Serve with maple syrup, jelly, or butter.
