Pork Tenderloin With Apricot Glaze

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pat pork dry.
  2. Combine jam, mustard, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Coat pork with glaze.
  4. Place pork on rack set over foil-lined baking sheet.
  5. Roast in preheated 375°F oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until cooked through (internal temperature about 160 F).
