Marsala Mushrooms on Toast

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil and butter in a saute pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and saute for a few minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms and saute until tender, about 5-8 minutes.
  4. Add oregano, stir.
  5. Add marsala and sherry and let simmer for another 3 minutes.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve over toast points.
  8. Enjoy!
