Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients except 1 cup bread crumbs.
  3. Shape mixture into 8 balls.
  4. Flatten croquettes to 3/4 inch thick.
  5. Roll croquettes in remaining bread crumbs.
  6. Place on non-stick pan and bake for 20 minutes turning once.
