Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 lb beef
  • 1/4 lb veal
  • 1/4 lb pork
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2/3 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp allspice
  • 4 tbsp fat

Directions:

  1. Soak crumbs in cream.
  2. Grind meat together three times, using fine blade.
  3. Combine all ingredients except fat and mix well.
  4. Shape into small balls and brown in hot fat.
