Jude's Banana Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. Combine remaining wet ingredients.
  3. Quickly mix wet ingredients into dry, mix sparingly.
  4. Pour into greased muffin tin.
  5. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutess.
