Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup mashed banana (usually 2 lg)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingriedients together.
  2. Mix wet ingriedients together.
  3. Stir banana mixture gently into the dry ingriedients till just moist.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Divide into 12 lined muffin cups and bake at 350°F about 30 minutes.
